I forgot her name (Dr. Schultz?) but she was too insensitive to my child's needs. She was very cold and unsympathetic (young too). My child was screaming during a freezing procedure and all she could say was "I never see kids do this". I would not go back to her again. I heard the male doctor (older too) is much better.
