Terrible customer service and even worse knowledge 3/2/2010

This is a great place to have a tail light repaired but that’s about it. We took are car in and the mechanic "thought" it was one thing and almost charged us $5000 to have it fixed. We pulled the vehicle out of there took it to the dealership where they knew the exact problem at the cost was only $600. Customer service was terrible!! We had to constantly call for updates. No one ever called to tell us what was going on with our car. The information on my receipt was even incorrect. Trust me, don’t ever take your car here!! more
