Our heat pump went out on Saturday. We called Sweaney Refrigeration because they are the ones who installed it. Said their repairman did not work on Saturday, but if he happened to come in they would let him know. Meanwhile we called a place in Springfield that was very willing to help. The Sweaney repairman called later that day and asked if we got anyone to help. My husband said, "Yes, we did." The repairman said, "If you have any other problem, call them again." and then hung up on him.. We will certainly never call them again--as their repairman ask. I guess they don't need the business.?
