Went there for a scheduled oil change. They said it would be 45 minutes so I went out to lunch with my husband. Got back an hour and 15 minutes later and it's still not done. They said the battery needed changing but it was under warranty and they just needed 20 more minutes. Gave them half and hour and then I went to the service desk. They hadn't even started it. When one asked the other why not he said, "you were supposed to upsell her on the battery." They then told me my battery wasn't under warranty, would be $115 and they needed more time to replace it. I declined the privilege. more
