Bought a netflix dvd player. Get home to find out it isn't netflix capable yet and won't be for at least 2 week probably 2 months. I return it and rther than just swiping my card with a credit they take an impression of my card that they have to send to corporate and the refund will take 2 weeks. Now theyve got 300 of my money for 3 weeks because they sold me a machine that wasn't what they claimed. Seems odd that they would make the refund policy so irritating never going back even if it means paying a bit more.
