Good: NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Bad: The flowers were delivered a day late. The rose buds looked as if they were frostbitten or frozen. IThe entire arrangement looked as if it had been left in the delivery van overnight in freezing temperatures. When I spoke with the "manager", he was very abrupt and verbally abusive, going as far as calling me a liar, than hanging up on me!!! This shop was sold to the present owner. Previously, Patterson's had good service and nice flowers. Now, they have neither.. Improvements: Would like to see the previous owners buy it back.. Other: I would not recommend this business to anyone. I have never been spoken to in this manner in my life..
