I had gone to Paparazzi Day Spa for YEARS....spent THOUSANDS of dollars...and it is a total waste. I was so excited to get my hair done there for my wedding this past year. I had my preferred stylist chosen, and had 2 trial updos...both terrible. Finally, she understood what I expected ( and I am 100% not a Bridezilla, just wanted my hair to look ok at least...). Well I came in for my apt. the day of my wedding for 11am...and I didn't get in until 1230!!! She had to rush....I was late for my makeup apt at another location and they actually canceled it!!!....and was late for photos....all bc of them.
They are overpriced, snotty and do not do anything on time....nor are they any good. Do not waste your money!!
