Having been here at least 25 times I can say they do a very good job overall. They have an instructor who must approve their plan before they start, and inspect the work after they finish. I have had 1 bad color and 1 bad haircut. The color was too dark and they re-did it for free. The haircut was 2 inches shorter than what I wanted... It's only hair; it grows back. If you expect the same quality, service and speed as a regular salon, you'll be disappointed, but you'll pay 50-75% less (depending on the service and whether you have a coupon). Also, it takes them 2-3 times longer. If you've got more time than money, this place can't be beat. If you're extremely picky, demanding and in a hurry, you probably won't be happy. They say you get what you pay for, and in this case, I'm very happy with what I've gotten, considering the amount of money I've saved.
