Purchased leather living room suite on 12/5/09. When furniture was deliveried,my husband noticed back of recliner was crushed while still on delivery truck. My husband at that time stated to the delivery guy this was not acceptable. The delivery guy unloaded the recliner anyway and tried to fix the damaged. The recliner was left with us. I immediately called Toni Edwards (sales associate) and explained the situation. I was told, they would receive the delivery papers that day and they would review the damage that was listed. Toni called me back and stated that someone would come to house to fix. I told her, I had just spent $3400.00 and I wanted a new recliner. Netherless to say, she was no help. I then called Dave, Manager, he was rude and unprofessional. We have contacted Dave several times and have been told there are none in stock but they should receive one shipment of 15 and another shipment of 10. I called yesterday, spoke with Dave and this time I was told there is 45 on the way. It has been nothing but excuses. This has been going on for 2 months now. I am still trying to get this resolved. I do have everything documentated from the first day with times, dates, names and the conversation that has taken place. Tim Harris "President" of this company, do you realize how customers are being treated? Do you consider this "Customer Satisfaction"? This furniture was my Christmas present from my husband. This has been a "Nightmare" and still not resolved! more
