If possible, my rating for the Budget Bicycle Center would be negative. I looked for a gift for my friend's kid and wanted to buy a small bicycle for him. I parked my car outside the Budget Bicycle Center and went to the coffee shop to talk to my friend first. When I came back, I found a parking ticket on my car! The ticket said I parked in a private property place. But I tried to buy stuff! How mean was the owner!!!!!!!!!! I really want to ask him "this is the new year gift you give to your customer?" I doubt any body wants to buy stuff from such an awful place.
