So, I was shopping around for a nice zoom lens for my wife so that she could take better pics of the kids when they're playing sports. As we're both amateurs, I wasn't exactly sure what I needed. I called another shop, and all they were interested in was making me feel like an idiot and trying to sell me something way out of the price range I mentioned. I called 42nd Street, which is where I bought my wife's Canon in the first place, and they were of coure EXTREMELY helpful, and more than willing to share their knowledge while taking into account my specific needs. Not sure why I even bothered to call the other shop in the first place -- 42nd Street is THE go-to place for exceptional customer service and top-notch product.
