I would suggest if you are an online customer, find another source. I placed an online order with this company, and it was so horribly packaged that all of the items were damaged. The woman on the other end of email has insisted that it is UPSs fault, however: 1: They used a recycled box that was so old it had not rigidity left to it. 2: There was no padding around the sides and bottom of the box. 3: A few packing peanuts were strewn on top of the items. 4: The mug I purchased was wrapped in a single brown piece of paper. There was nothing in this package that met the UPS guidelines. I'm so outraged by this whole situation that I have filed a claim with UPS to try to have the package inspected, including volunteering to drive it down to a customer care center, but to no avail. If you are an online customer, I would move on. more
