I ordered a Canon T2i body, SDHC Card and extra battery. I ordered via telephone in order to take advantage of the free upgrade to double memory card. The wait to speak with someone was a bit long due to the holidays but service was excellent. Once the merchandise arrived, noticed that the memory card was not class 10, I contacted via email which they promptly called me back. A new card was sent immediately with instructions on how to send the old card back. All in all a very positive experiance.
