I find the same problem at both the Grandville and Kentwood locations: Plato's items are overpriced, especially considering that the racks are stuffed with worn-out things that wouldn't even sell for $2-$3 at Goodwill. An employee told me that they don't consider pilling to be "damage." Huh?? The few times I have been there, I have wondered how they stay in business.
