my wiper fluid was not working and I brought it in for servicing, they found that I needed a new wiper and fluid motor. Unfortunately, my warranty had expired six months earlier. The service director, Bob Petrocelli, interceded and replaced the motor for free even with the expired warranty. Thank you. As you know, we are retailers also, but quite frankly, Coral and Cadillac could give lessons in customer relations. Our best to the team! more
