I had a 2:30 appt and wasn't seen until nearly 3:00. I would have been more understanding but no one addressed the fact that I had been sitting alone in the lobby for 20 min - I finally had to ask the receptionist what was going on. Besides that, I had a good experience - the facial I received was quite good & Cheryl, who administers injections, is fabulous.
