I had to get some documents signed by the Common Interest Management company for a refinance. They said that I had to go through another company. That company is Homewise docs and they are charging me $200.00 for one form to be completed. I called the mangament company back and ask for them to do me a favor and just fill the form out and sign it. It would maybe take them 15minutes. They were rude and said no way. Wow!!! Great service!!! So I had to pay $200.00 for a signature.
