I purchased a wall clock and returned it after a few days for the reason that it quit working after a couple of days. I also avail the membership card to have 20% discount on the clock. It took me 2 1/2 days to be able to get the refund as they couldn't get hold of the store manager who has the knowledge of the code on the accessory card. But thanks as I was still able to get my money back and thanks because you have a salesman working in your company that is very good and helps me stay calm. I thank Mr. Michael and the male manager who's office is located at the middle of two other offices. Thank you very much. more
