We appreciated being able to shop and look without being bugged all the time. We appreciated that. We bought a chair and took with us, so we waited for it to be ready to pick up. that was smooth and did not take all that long. We are waiting for an ottoman to be sent to the store, so we haven't finished our process yet. Hopefully that happens without any difficulties.
