From not being seated, to being left in a corner, to the cold steak and fries. We where treated so poorly, Our food was cold, our fires where older then fast food fries. I could have received better food had I went to a fast food place. I will never never go back to your place. My husband has already sent in a complaint but I am afraid it will not get anywhere. The steaks where NOT rib eyes, they where SO SO dry it you had to take a drink with ever bite. When I ran out of Soda I never recived a refill till it was time to leave. I thought it was odd that she brought the bill and my refill at the same time. Not to mention that she never asked if we wanted a dessert. Just basically acted as if we where not happy to just leave. I have never been treated so poorly. My childrens meals where hot. But ours where so cold the baby could eat the steak with out cooling off. And my daughters refused to eat the fries, they tasted them and said there was something wrong with them. It is kinda sad when a 3,5,7 year old child will not eat a french fries. I will never go back there. For the first time in 10 years we have been married we did not leave a tip. And I think the server knew we were not going to cause she treated us poorly after that
