I had quite a few bugs plastered on the front of my car after a road trip. I thought I would mention it so they would give that a little extra attention. Hey, they were one step ahead of me!!! They hit me with a $3.00 "bug charge". They claimed "it takes extra chemicals to get those bugs off". I watched it go through, and other than an extra 30 seconds with a brush (thank you for that), nothing extra was done. This is a good way to irritate you customers. Why do I bring my car in? To get it washed - so there is an "extra" charge if it's got a few extra bugs? Bad, bad, bad - almost humorous, but irritating!!!
