After getting into an accident, Travelers insurance asked us to take the car to this particular shop, they claimed that they fixed it, kept the car there for 1week. While driving back, the car overheated. Called them again to get it fixed, the mechanic claims that there was no problem, but there was a leak in the radiator. Few months go by, I started seeing white smoke coming out of the exhaust, called them again. since we are under the warranty... I have witnesses who saw the white smoke coming out of the exhaust. The mechanic called back and said THAT THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR. This keeps happening over and over again with this auto body. I'm going to call Better Business Bureau and open up a complaint. Ridiculous!!!
