I recently purchased $7,000 worth of replacement windows from a company in Levittown, PA. Last evening, a Philadelphia news company reported that the same windows I purchased were not filled with energy saving foam, as the company salesperson and promotional material highlighted, but rather, these windows are hollow. The Company CEO, in a recent press release, describes that he apologizes for the error in the sales material which depicted the window chambers filled with energy saving foam. Not only was this an error, but filling these windows with foam would NOT be energy saving. I imagine this is the first attempt at denying the thousands of Customers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware that were given hollow windows.
