Worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. The hygienist broke my recently done $800 orthodontic work and then denied it even though I clearly felt it break under her pressure and heard her say "Oops". They told me it was my fault and that they'd "glue" it back in place but I should go to the orthodontist to get it fixed.
Basically, they cost me $50 and were absolutely horrible to me. They were so cruel to me the minute I told them that they had done something wrong.
No matter whose fault this was- No business should treat their clients like this. EVER.
