I dropped off my clothes and they lost them. When my husband went to pick them up, he was forced to stand to the side for over 30 minutes while the clerk served other customers since she could not find my clothes. Finally, she took time after they closed to look and then it was too late to call another store to see if they were there. Then she refused to help and refused to apologize that she could not find the clothes and kept insisting that they were not lost yet as they could be at the other store. They were dropped off 3 weeks ago! Terrible customer service- actually NO customer service. I would avoid this cleaners- not good.
