After reading some negative reviews on Judy's Book, I decided to call and cancel my previous days window order. My sales rep Brad, who was out at my house, who was actually a delight to work with, called me back and asked why I was cancelling. I stated to him about the negative reviews I seen here on Judy's Book. Brad informed me that Window Wizards does 11,000 homes each year, and the amount of negative reviews equals to less than 1% of their total homes installed for the year. I actually thought to myself, this makes sense, people who have a positive experience, usually do not write about it. Brad informed me that he had a number of references for the installer assigned to my job, which he then provided, and also I wouldn't have to pay my balance until I was 100% satisfied. Being a former business owner, I gave Brad the benefit of the doubt, called a few references, and received rave reviews. Brad even gave me a reference to a customer who actually did have a problem, whom Window Wizards immediately rectified to this customers delight. Needless to say, my windows were installed this past week, and I am truly satisfied. Thumbs up! more
