Bad: No Communication between Owner & Installers. Improvements: Better Customer service. Other: Owner failed to communicate with installers on our desire to move pool from original location after we had requested it. Installers showed up but no bobcat to dig new site. Co-owner Garrett Quackenbush took a very confrontational and threatening stance when confronted by myself. Told me he would send $50.00 check to refund estimate cost and did not do so.. more
