Good: The ability to look at equipment. Bad: Customer service representatives are always rude. I dropped 3 G's and didn't even get as much as a "thank you"... the assistant manager actually rung me up and walked away from the register before I even had bag in hand. These people are extraordinarily rude, always. I think it must be a requirement to work there. I've complained to management many times about the bad customer service experiences I receive every time I go in there, but they obviously don't care. Don't expect a hello or even a smile.... Improvements: Like any business that understands customer service, it would be nice to be greeted as I walk in the store. I'm not saying run over and bombard me with questions about why I'm there... but at least a hello, and maybe (I know it's hard) something along the lines of "is there something I can help you find today?" That and a thank you for my business would be nice... and you guys wonder why people have started buying more and more from the online stores? It's to avoid the awful customer service experiences!. more
