I have 2 cadillacs, and every time I've taken them to Covert for warranty service, they have been great! I never get the run-around, they always treat me with respect, and they perform the repairs in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about their service department, especially Adam (my service writer). He patiently listens to my issues, takes my opinion on what I thik the problem is and how to resolve it, and follows up with me promptly. I am kept up to date with the progress of the repairs each step of the way with a phone call. I was concerned about the service I would receive from them, based on past experiences with other dealerships (Nissan in particular), but Covert has shattered my stereotypical opinion that all dealerships are the same.
