Usually I go to this salon for my hair to get done but the last time was a nightmare. Monica foiled my hair but the foiled parts looked orange. So she put a different toner on my hair and it turned dark orange! So she got so frustrated that she put a Violet color on my hair to cover up the orange and it left my hair vibrant purple/reddish color. The next day she had to wash the color out as much as possible with a clarifying shampoo which totally irritated my scalp and made a lot of my hair to fall out. They blamed it on me and tried to convince me by telling me it wasn't red at all. All of my friends and family agree with me that it is red. It was just a nightmare. I would just go here for a haircut, and not a dye/foil job. They also don't do refunds, and they don't know how to correct their own mistakes.
