I am shouting it from the mountain tops - the service at Tres Locos sucks. The food is decent at Tres Locos and that is only reason that we have put up with the poor service at this restaurant. Beware of the Tres Locos Rulebook before visiting. The owners have only one goal - move tables – are you done, then get out!! I get the need to move tables to be profitable but they do it at the expense of the customer and we will never go back. The funny thing is that the wait staff will basically tell you that you are violating the rules:
"I am sorry, we are not allowed to bring you chips and salsa until after you place your order...you know, people will sit around forever just eating the chips and never order."
"I am sorry, we are not allowed to serve desserts on weekends. It is just too busy."
"Oh you would like some more salsa - well, I will have to charge you for it. You see we are not allowed to bring you any more salsa after you have finished your meal unless we charge."
