I just wanted to say thank you, for the great staff in the Service Department. I recently had my Triumph Rocket 3 into your facility for some repairs and received outstanding service from your entire service staff. My relatively new Rocket required some repair being done under warranty for a second gear problem. I unfortunately did not purchase my Triumph from Motoprimo and was concerned about getting it serviced. Your staff had no problems taking care of my bike. Not only did they do a first class job, [Thanks to Bob, a real class technician.] but was done quickly and correctly the first time. My other Triumph dealer experience was nothing but negative.
I am real impressed with my experience at Motoprimo. In my position for AAA, I oversee the automotive repair network in Minnesota, so believe me I know quality when I see it.
