I had my teeth cleaned there. I waited forever and wasn't worked on by the dentists themselves. The assistant who cleaned my teeth didn't do more than brush and floss them. When I got home I had the same amount of plaque and junk on them that I did before I went in. I've been to other dentists before where the cleaning actually is done by the dentist and takes time because they do it professionally and you can tell the difference afterwards.
