I would give 0 stars if I could because Dr. Mai is the meanest and roughest doctor I have ever seen. I had been going there for a while and had a good feeling about the place and the people working there. Charlotte is the office person there and she rocks. So does Dr. Joe. They had me really believing that was a good store. But then here comes the owner and I mean look out people, she made it feel like she was ripping the teeth right out of my head. Charlotte tried to calm me down, but I was so mad. I have never seen anybody that was so rude to a person in her care. I told her I could feel it and she just kept right on going. For cleanings and fillings, it is okay. Like I said, Dr. Hoe and Charlotte are very kind but stay away from surgery and you will live.
