I am on my third child with this practice, and have received nothing less than stellar care. In fact, I'm quite surprised at these reviews? Perhaps the billing was mixed up as they went "paperless" in the last year? My first daughter was "regular" delivery, second c-section--I recommend Dr. Pellar most highly--she's caring, knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all my questions.
