I love my doctor but the nurse assigned to her is inefficient. I call and leave a message about my concerns and the call back is like - I'm returning your call - what's the problem? Um did you listen to my message? - Then I get left on hold for over 10mins while she is supposedly setting up an appointment, hang up call back and leave her a message then call appointments myself and get in quickly. Then when she finally returns my call she's like what can I help you with? Um you left me on hold for over 10 mins do you not remember?
The appointment staff and the techs are incredible! Kudos where they are do
