I definitely consider myself a sushi connoisseur and I have frequented dozens of sushi bars all over the valley area. There are many good sushi bars in the area, but for the best sushi bar that gives you the most for your dollar, I would always point to Tatsuki.
Tatsuki is a quaint hole in the wall restaurant that is mainly a sushi bar with a couple tables in the back. It is a very casual setting but they have some of the best fish I have tasted and some of the most original and flavorful rolls I have fallen in love with over the years.

This restaurant is a must try for anyone that likes sushi for reasonable prices.
