Agreeing to the Terms
To purchase this plan for your Judy's Book Business Listing, you must agree to the terms below:

• I have read, understand, and agree to the Judy's Book Terms of Service
• I understand that I will be charged a non-refundable fee and billed on a recurring basis unless I cancel within 7 days before the anniversary. You may cancel by sending an e-mail to bizsup@judysbookteam.com.
• I understand that Judy's Book editors, in their sole and final judgement, shall determine the suitability, placement, title and description of the business listings listed in the Judy's Book directory.
• The business I am submitting is operating in the United States of America, and is not an online only business.
• By signing up to this service, you are agreeing that you are the owner of the business you are claiming.
• Judy's Book does not accept listings from adult related businesses, escort services, and has right to refuse listing due to spam or other illegal activity. Refused listings will be refunded upon notification.
• I understand that it takes 1-3 business days to process this order and I will receive a confirmation email when it is completed.
• Occasionally, we will send you information from carefully selected, third-party product and service providers that may be of interest to you and your business, for more info please read our Privacy Policy
• I understand that when my business listing is created (claimed), thereafter on the anniversary I will be charged the recurring monthly or annual renewal fee.
