Agreeing to the Terms
To purchase this plan for your Judy's Book Business Listing, you must agree to the terms below:

• I have read, understand, and agree to the Judy's Book Terms of Service
• I understand that I will be charged a non-refundable fee and billed on a recurring basis unless I cancel within 30 days of aniversary.
• I understand that Judy's Book editors, in their sole and final judgement, shall determine the suitability, placement, title and description of the business listings listed in the Judy's Book directory.
• The business I am submitting is operating in the United States of America, Legal business, and is not an online only business.
• By signing up to this service, you are agreeing that you are the owner of the business you are claiming.
• I understand that it takes 1-3 business days to process this order and I will receive a confirmation email when it is completed.
• Occasionally, we will send you information from carefully selected, third-party product and service providers that may be of interest to you and your business.
• I understand that when my business listing is created, periodically thereafter I will be charged the recurring monthly or annual renewal fee. Subscription managed directly by the payment processor.
