Just stumbled across these reviews for the Canyon and i'm a little surprised by ANY negative comments. My wife and I are in there a couple weekends a month for "Echo Love Chamber" and we've always had a great time. I worked as a bartender in college, and trust me, you don't know what these guys go through on busy nights. And it gets busy! Just treat em' with respect, relax and have a good time. See ya' this weekend for Echo!
Pros: Fun-relaxed attmosphere. Great music & food.
Cons: Does a get a little crowded sometimes.

We love Supatra's Thai Bistro. This restaurant is an unexpected gem in an otherwise generic suburban strip mall in Yorba Linda. The decor is elegant and the ambience is quite romantic. The food is consistently delicious. Standouts include the red curry, pad see yu, and spicy eggplant. Service is great.
Pros: food, service, ambience

Their food is incredible and fresh. I only eat Sushi here. The waitresses could learn some manners. Once we came threw the door at 1:30 for lunch and were told "We close at 2:00". I told them"well you'd better make it fast then". Maybe they didnt want our business but too bad I wanted their Sushi LOL. The waitresses always seem to be kinda rude but to me it's funny and totally worth it.
Pros: The Freshest Sushi I've ever had
Cons: Waitresses are rude and brash

Everything is good, but I like the mole. The red and blue chips taste great with the salsa here... I think they are always traveling in Mexico for new recipes. I have tried many things and I have never been disappointed. Been eating here for years.

When I am ever in need of a good lunch, Stefano's is one of my top places to go to. Not only do they have tasty ham but they also serve amazing sandwiches and salads. Whevever we have a family get together, we always stop by Stefano's to get a ham first. I think its one of the best restaurants in Yorba Linda.

This is one of the best Japanese steak/grilling places around. The food is very very good and the prices are reasonable die this type of restaurants. I go here because of the food, the service, and the atmosphere- not for a big, overpriced "show" that ends up costing me more!
