I have been going to the Cheesecake Factory since I discovered the place during law school in Washington.
The cheesecakes are incredible and the food is great.
They have the best garlic mashed potatoes on earth, which is served with their hot open turkey sandwich.

This place must be something special, considering that I drive in from Brooklyn for about an hour only to wait just about as much to get a slice of this heaven. To say that the portions are big is not to say anything at all because the portions are huge. Yet, every bite of your meal is delicious. The prices are affordable and you get a lot for your dolor. The service is always welcoming and unbelievably fast. I have been to many top restaurants in the city, yet you cannot compare the portions, the prices, and the service that you get in Cheesecake Factory to any other place. This place is a food chain with top restaurant standards.
Pros: The best salads (every bite you get a little of every ingredient)
Cons: Must wait a while to get a table (it's all worth it)

Constantly busy restaurant with plenty of seating. The food is traditional mexican cuisine with a bit of southwest flavor. Bar seating is always first come first serve and they have great 2-for-1 drink specials for Happy Hour throughout the week.

I had dinner at Zen Palate the other night, and I must say that for those of you who are trying to widen you dining options or for those of you who don't prefer meat, this restaurant is a great choice.
Well, it all started with my girlfriend and I trying to find a new restaurant to eat at, we were getting bored of the stereotypical Chinese, Italian, or steakhouse restaurants and were in dire need of something new. Thats when we noticed this, humble little restaurant across the street from PF Changs in westbury.
Well, when we went in we had no clue what type of food they served but loved the relaxed, trendy, dim lite atmosphere so much that we decided to stay. To our surprise they're a vegetarian restaurant. Now since we never had vegetarian food, we decide ran through a quick game of Eny-Meany-Miny-Moo, and began dining on the best tasting food I've ever had in my life. For the first time in my life I enjoyed a full dinner that had no meat.
To prevent myself from going into a novel lengthed idiotic ramble about how good their food is, Im going to end this review with a listing of what I had for dinner that night.
-Basil Peanut Moo Shuu Rolls
-Shredded Melody (Dinner)
-Pineapple Iced Tea (Amazing)

My family and I recently ate at the Harvest Diner in Westbury. We often eat out with our friends and family. By far the Harvest Diner is the best diner we have gone to. The staff was excellent, professional and consistently asked us if everything was to our liking. How could it not be? We were a party of 10 and each of us ate different things. The hamburgers were sooooo delicious; the steaks were cooked to perfection; the salads were not only picture perfect but tasted just as good. The diner is beautifully decorated and spotless. It is not your average diner--it is a high class restaurant without the prices.

I love love!! their salmon skin rolls. Taka is a great guy also. Salmon is somewhat expensive, and many restaurants tend to put a little bit of salmon skin on rolls, but not Taka, he puts a lot which I like, and the prices are decent. I wouldn't say they're cheap, but hey for this quality, I am not complaining. They got some real good sake too, from cheap to the most expensive. Def check this place out!

I love this place. It's the only restaurant that I've ever gone to where I didn't have to take the waiter aside and give him my usual notice that I am vegetarian and to please make sure that nothing I order contains chicken stock or blah, blah,blah!!!! EVERYTHING HERE IS VEGETARIAN! And everyhting that I ever ate there was fantastic. I wish they would open another one closer to home!

If your looking for authentic mexican food, drink, and ambience this is a great place. From the sangria, to the free tortia's and salsa, this mexican restaraunt has it all. The wait staff is very courtious, the bartenders make the best margarita's and the live mariachi band the comes to your table to serenad you and guests are some of the best points about this south of the border gold mine.
