The location is great too. There is a lot to do in the immediate area while waiting for the car to be done. I really appreciate you being able to get my car in and out so quickly on a Saturday morning.

Valenica Auto Spa is a great car wash! They are hand wash only, and I like going there because of it. I am very particular with my car, so it's great for me. There are always tons of cars there on the weekends... it's a very nice place... and I highly recommend it!

After my negative, horrible experience with another Nissan dealer, I was not a happy camper that the check engine light was on in my 2 year old Sentra. I will defend Zack as an excellent service writer and say he met his goal of putting the smile back on my face. Valencia Nissan provided great service and took care of the issues under warranty without question. He even followed up with the radio they needed to order in less than a week. These guys are great!

i got 2 other estimates from competing shops, and they completely told me that i need more work than i actually did. they showed me exactly what the other shops where talking about and saw that it was working perfectly. and i just need basic alignment done. which is all the work i had done. very honest very concise. we definitely be going back for all my brake needs.

I purchased my TL from another Acura dealership in Calabasas. Needless to say, I no longer go their. Service is awful.
I decided to try Valencia Acura because it's near my house. From the time you call to the time you walk out with a complimentary car wash, they treat you like a King!
I've dealt with the service department, they're really helpful, have your car on time.
I also do some of my own repairs. I went to the Parts Counter with the intent of purchasing some washers for the drain plug for my oil change. The guy asked me for how many, I said 10. The guy came back and said I could have them for free!
In comparison, I had to get some for my wifes Honda, I was expecting the same, but had to pay for those!
Their service is awesome. It's a model for any company in the service industry. WELL DONE!!! If the new TL's weren't so ugly, I would have to go by a new one from them so I can be treated like a King.

I have bought 6 vehicles from this dealership over the years! I have referred many friends as well and everyone found the experience to be far and away the best car buying experience they've ever had.
These guys will restore your faith in car dealerships. Their showroom display is awesome, their service dept is excellent and the people who work there are really nice! No pressure tactics, no games. They've matched every written offer I've ever brought them, (both in sales and service dept!!), and have always made me feel like they appreciate my business. Highly recommended!
