Some vets are good with animals and people, but this vet was really not that great with either. She doesn't seem to care that much about the animals and she is definitely lacking tact and general politeness with the humans that bring their animals in.
I would not recommend this vet hospital to anyone. There are many other very qualified vets in the area, so skip this one and find someone else to take your pets to. In case of an emergency, map out a different vet that you would take your animal to so you don't end up here.
