I have been there many many times and they always do a great job of taking care of us. I have also brought and sent many friends there and they have all raved about it so I have to DISAGREE. Not sure what you like, or are looking for, but I have not had any unpleasant experiences there and have been going for years.

After driving around Bergen county, looking for a place to eat with a friend from high school, we stopped at this place in the middle of Suburbia White America. We went in, not knowing what to expect. Turns out, without an ounce of doubt, that it is one of the best Japanese places I have ever been to, from coast-to-coast. I would say that the quality and the taste of Wasabi is comparable to Sushi of Gari on the Eastside, and this neighborhood Japanese restaurant in the Village called Cotan. My favorite appetizer is the Agedashi Tofu, which is four pieces of lightly fried tofu, in a nice soup. For the entree, I have an eel cucumber roll, a salmon skin roll, a shrimp tempura roll, and a piece of inari sushi, all really really amazing. I also have a diet coke, and my bill comes out to 21 dollars. It's a shame that New Yorkers aren't accessible to a place this good, with prices this great in the city. Nonetheless, if you're sick of the pretentious New York restaurant scene, and waiting for a table, it's worth a good 40-minute drive (half the price of the city, twice as good). It's also a good place to stuff-up before spending your day shopping and hauling at Ikea.
Pros: always a table, always parking, always satisfying. LOVE IT
Cons: if good food is a con, then GOOD FOOD! no cons

Wait for a table, wait to order, wait for food, wait for check, wait for credit card receipt, get the pictures. They are alway busy so they must be doing something right. I just think there are so many better sushi places in Ridgewood.
But yes the parking was good no problem with that may be not lot of people come to that place that's why.
So when ever you are going to Ridge wood park there and then walk if you don't get any where else parking place.

We have gone to Wasabi a few times for sushi and at first I thought it was okay, but after this last time ...never again. The service is awful. Not once did we get any water refill or even the waiter asking if we wanted another soda. Each of the three times they were "out" of cream cheese so I was not able to order my favorite Philadelphia roll. Wait for a table, wait to order, wait for food, wait for check, wait for credit card receipt, get the pictures. They are alway busy so they must be doing something right. I just think there are so many better sushi places in Ridgewood.
