Thomas Sweets has awesome ice cream! They have so many choices, and my family goes there every weekend to try all of the different blends of ice cream and toppings. Their ice cream is home made and soo creamy, and when you mix in different flavors along with different toppings, it always turns out great. It can get extremely busy any time of the day, but definitely worth the wait. And their prices are very reasonable.

I wish I had visited this store before my third year in college! It has very stylish and very affordable clothes! They also have a nice variety of shoes, dressy and casual. It is a great place to find a reasonably priced shirt for a night on the town, or a good pair of jeans, ranging from twenty-five to fifty bucks.

finale is a great store with a huge selection of clothing. whether you're looking for something stylish or versatile to wear to work, or you just want some hot jeans and a great top to party in, this is the place to go. the prices are amazing, and extremely affordable. what you don't find often in cheaper priced clothing is good material that holds up well. finale's cherry picked items last forever, and can give you a whole new wardrobe for under $100-accessories and shoes included! definitely a great place to shop. and it is conveniently located in downtown new brunswick for rutgers students, as well as for professional businesswoman who work in the neighborhood. there is no other store in the area like it.

Or slightly less expensive very expensive textbooks, I should say. Brand new books at NJ Books are usually the same price you would find them at the University Bookstore, but the same is not true for used ones. NJ Books often sells its used books at a much lower price than the official bookstore, and they definitely have many more used copies. You can also find Rutgers imprinted goods like t-shirts, sweatshirts and shot glasses at more reasonable prices.
There are only two real problems with NJ Books. The first is that at the beginning and end of every semester the place is a zoo! I hate standing in line forever packed to the gills in that tiny store (that's why I wait a week or two to buy my books). The other problem is that you give them your schedule and they get you the books. This means you don't get to look at the books and pick them up yourself and all, and you have to trust that they do it right. Sometimes they'll have the wrong book listed or give you the wrong one for some reason. Once I bought seven or eight books for a class and didn't realize they hadn't given me one of the books until the middle of the semester. The point is, the place is inexpensive, but you have to be careful to make sure you get everything you need.

A friend of mine recommended this place to me so I cam here looking for an 8”x10” picture to be enlarged to a poster sized picture. I got the picture back in 30 minutes and they did a great job on the enlargement. The paper was high quality Kodak paper. I recommend this place to anyone who needs photot enlargements.

When I discovered this store a year ago, I could not believe how wonderful of a store it is. They have the largest variety I've found so far at Rutgers University for apparel and accessories. They also have a great variety of art and school supplies as well as knick knacks such as candles and soaps. Definitely visit this great store!

This flower shop is the ultimate. I could not imagine more beautiful flower arrangements. They made twenty two arrangements for my son and daughter in laws wedding last month. I provided them with a picture and they created an arrangments which was twice as beautiful. Everyone comments on the lovely arrangements at the end of the event. I would only use them in the future.
