Carl was a fast worker and he did not make a mess. He recommended doing one of the items differently than I had percieved it should be done, and he had a better idea than me. I thought the charges for the work he did were very reasonable. I felt like I got a good value for my dollar. I would definitely use them for another project.

These people are TERRIBLE! The woman who answers the phone started SCREAMING at me and HUNG UP on me 3 times!!! Our air conditioner was only 1 1/2 years old and ran out of freon because of a leak so I was telling her I thought that the company should not charge for that repair because it should not have happened after only 1 1/2 years. Well she explained that that would not be possible because there was only a 1 year warranty. I was aware of the warranty but was simply trying to negotiate with her because I thought it still shouldn't have broke so soon. I was speaking to her in a normal voice, respectable voice, trying to talk things out with her but she started screaming at me and hung up! After calling back several times I talked to a man who was supposedly the owner, Greg Winsted, who was totally unconcerned that his employee was screaming at me and hung up on me 3 times! He also wouldn't come out and look at my air conditioning unit without charge. These people are totally unprofessional and unethical!
