I've worked with Jeff Carden at Firist Horizon since my first home in 1993, and 6 homes later, and many refi's in between! Jeff is a whiz at numbers, as he says "i love numbers", and he works his calculator like a pro, gives you diff scenarios for your loan situation. He's quick, he's efficient, and is always friendly & professional. I dont mess with any other lender, even if they promise lower rates, because Jeff can close this deal with such speed, and no hassle its worth my time. He's the only loan officer I'll use.
