Worst

The good: The staff is friendly and I have never had an issue with the oil changes I recieved as far as quality.

Would never use again 6/28/2006

We just had our brakes done at Precision Tune in Lynnwood. They did a horrible job. When we braked at freeway speeds, the whole car vibrated and shimmied like the wheels might come off. They redid the job for free, but at the expensive of more metal coming off of our brakes, unnecessarily shortening the life of the brakes. No apologies for the sloppy work the first time around. We'll avoid this shop at all cost. more
