I must admit there is quite a bit of pet supplies, pets and other things crammed into a relatively small space. Which would account for the smell. That being out of the way the staff there is very knowledgeable and helpful. The owner's first love is for birds as you will tell very quickly but I bought a kitten there recently. My 5 year old came back several times to see the kitten before my mind was made up and every time the staff were patient and helpful. Since then my kitten has received check-ups and is in perfect health. We got a great price on her ($100 for 5 month old all gray tabby with all shots/dewormed) and an extra 10% off of all pet supplies and grooming. Overall I am very happy with my experience.

We have been using NF for about 5 years. They were the only carpet care company in San Diego that could keep up with our tan Berber carpet. They are a family owed business and that is who will be out to clean your carpet, a family member. There prices are a little higher than other companies but you can't compare with any other service.

This company was on time and completed the cleaning of my entire home from soot damage, caused by the wildfires, in a day and half. They worked so hard! Our family was very impressed.
Pros: Perfectly Clean
Cons: There were a lot of homeowners needing cleanings after the fires so we had to wait a few days to have our home cleaned.

Peter Ray called the next day and came right over to provide an esitimate. I had my house electrical service panel upgraded and I needed to have the stucco repaired after the electricians were finished. Ray's Plastering delivered on their promise with an excellent patch / repair. Great coordination for completion of the project. Excellent workmanship. Highly recommended.

I felt like I was getting very personal care from this business. They didn't rush me. They didn't try to talk me into more expensive carpet as most other carpet places will. They deal with alot of real estate agents and what products they use to sell a house. I used the same products and sold mine within one week. Very professional. All price ranges.
