About 3 weeks ago I went into Ardessons and bought a pair of superfeet insoles for 49.19...they come with the promise that if your are dissatisfied with them just return them within 60 days to the place you bought them for a full refund. I have used superfeet in the past with no problem at all, tho when i purchased this pair the lady told me i should go with a size larger and then trim it down...I did just that, but after 3 weeks of wearing them my toes began to cramp. went to my Dr. and he said to return them. having the receipt I walked into the store this morning, while on my cell phone, the older man ( in his 60's) possibly the owner told me he would not wait on me till i was off the phone. I put the phone down with my friend still on the other end. First he told me how i should have been wearing them, and i said that that is what i had done, then he tried to tell me I had to take a store credit..I showed him the insert that said I could have a full refund. Then even with the cash receipt he grilled me saying i must have payed with a credit card....funny I don't even have one..He finally gave me 49.19 out of his pocket, and told me that even if I get custom Orthotics like my Dr. suggested " They will F$CK my feet up just as much as Superfeet insoles" I was stunned and looked at him and said wow! nice language! he proceeded to tell me to f@ck off. i am a 49 year old professional woman, and work on my feet all day..I have never been talked to this way at a business. luckily i had never hung up my cell phone with my friend, so she as well heard it and could not believe what this man said to me!!!! I am contacting not only my local newspaper, I am contacting the Superfeet company to let them know how this man is handling their product promises. I also plan on putting this man out of business by spreading my word...my friend who heard the transaction plans on doing the same..... Happy Holidays to Ardesson's Shoe repair
